Order cancellation:

Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal of Article 9, the cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can “back” and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can email us at or****@sm*******.com and we will undertake the cancellation of your order.

Terms of return of non-defective products:

In case of return of a non-problematic item due to incorrect execution of an order from the website, shipping costs are borne exclusively by our Company! We will immediately make sure that you are covered with the right item, while in case of no more disposal of the item you will be credited with the amount paid. In this case of return, we kindly ask you to return the product as you received it during our shipment.

You have the right to return the product you have purchased from our website (www. smukgoods. com) within 14 calendar days from the issuance of the receipt. The product is accepted for return when it is in its original condition, has not been damaged, the safety tape has not been violated or the product has not been used (article 3e of Law 2251/1994). Where goods are returned, consumers shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods and, where applicable, the costs of reducing the value of the goods.

Your application must be made in writing by filling out the form (here), then you will send it to the orders@smukgoods. com, where we will reply to confirm receipt of the form. After the product is returned to our headquarters, after your care, and the above conditions are checked by our company, the amount spent will be credited within no more than 14 calendar days. Shipping costs are borne by you.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that have been manufactured for you to your own specifications or on special order, services that have already been performed, sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (eg Bottle). (article 3l of Law 2251/1994).
